Photography has always been about more than just taking picture- it's about capturing the moments that make life feel alive! Those spontaneous giggles, the quiet snuggles, and the playful wild moments!
I began this journey because I really wanted to hold on to those moments that flew by all too quickly, not realizing how much I'd come to cherish the messiness of of it all! I started by documenting my days with my son, not for me but for my husband.
What I thought I would see was the "hard", the stress and a mom who was not perfect or living up to my own impossible expectations.
What I ended up seeing when I looked at those images: was the fun, the joy, the MAGIC in all the small moments that my son was truly living!
Over the past 14 years (give or take) I've come to see that life's most beautiful stories aren't the perfect ones- they're the real, raw, and deeply human ones.
