I LOVE family traditions and I never dreamed that a crazy, spur of the moment idea last year would soon become a new holiday tradition for my friend Megan!
You see, last year we had this crazy hair brained idea to grab her boys on a day off from school, dress them in their holiday pj’s, fill their bellies with milk and cookies and let them read their favorite holiday books and bounce all over her nicely styled bed! Sounds totally nuts right?! Well, ya’ll it worked! It was super fun! It was crazy and it was WILD and there were a few moments where we thought maybe we had lost our minds (you know when the boys were having their own moments… because hey that happens, don’t let the pretty picture perfect moments fool you!) But you GUYS… the images turned out better than we even anticipated! It was phenomenal.
This year, when Megan called me up and asked if we could please play again in our holiday pj’s with our favorite stories, there was one special little addition: their brand new baby sister Piper!!!
This year was even more wild and crazy but it was extra special too!
We jumped a little higher, we grew a little taller, we laughed a little louder and we added two more people to the mix!
So while I could talk for DAYS or even months on end about this special family here, I will just let the pictures do all the talking for me!
